How to Rear Stress-Free Children
Parents can ensure that childhood is the carefree and happy time they want it to be for their youngsters. Responsible parents can see that stress does not become partners with their children, producing disastrous effects on the way they think and in the way they behave. Although sources of childhood stress are many, parents play the deciding role in determining whether their child will become an independent, confident, coping person or one who suffers from the effects of stress: Bedwetting, anger, anxiety, not going to sleep easily at night, crying too easily, aggressiveness, overeating, hair twisting, teeth clenching and withdrawal.
