An End to the Homework Wars
Do you often argue with your children about their homework? Do you wonder just how involved you should be? From my perspective as both a former classroom teacher and school administrator, I feel that in most cases homework is the child's responsibility, and he can reap the rewards or consequences. The results of many surveys show that when parents become involved in not mean that a parent's role is to be an extension of the teacher. So, what is a parent to do?
